General Ordering Information
- At this point in time we only ship to customers within Australia.
- Orders can be placed using our online shopping
cart if paying by Mastercard or Visacard. If you do not want to
use the online shopping cart, then we will gladly accept
orders via email, fax, post or telephone. However,
for security reasons, we cannot accept credit card
payments via email, fax, post or telephone.
- Customers are advised that all orders will be sent to their nominated
shipping address. Please do not ask if you can personally pickup your goods.
- When placing your orders or requests for information, please leave your
daytime phone contact details.
- We cannot ship orders to a post office box or RMB type address, so please
supply a standard street address with your order.
Payment Methods And Details
- The payment methods we accept are Mastercard,
Visacard, Direct Deposit (EFT),
Bank Cheque, Australia Post Money Order or Personal / Company Cheques.
For security reasons, we are only able to accept
credit card payments via our online shopping cart,
but not by email, fax, post or telephone.
- If paying by cheque or Australia Post Money Order, please make the amount
payable to "WOODENSHOES".
- Should you select to pay by personal or company cheque, your goods will not
ship until adequate time for clearance has passed.
- If paying by direct deposit (EFT), please use the following details and
to allow us to easily locate your payment please type your name in the
description field. Once you have made payment please let us know that the deposit has
been made and don't forget to forward your shipping details (no P.O.Boxes).

Pricing
- If a products price increases between the time of publishing to our
website and the time we receive your order, we will contact you before the
order is processed. If the price is reduced after we have received your
order but before despatching, the order will be processed at the new price.
- We can not credit or refund the difference for any price drop after we
have sent your order.
- All product prices listed include GST.
Dispatch
- If the goods you order are in stock, we endeavour to dispatch your order as
quickly as possible. If the goods need to be
manufactured please allow up to 14 days to
manufacture and process your order.
- Order dispatch will be subject to payment clearance.
- All orders will be sent by our selected courier or Australia Post and will
be subject to their respective delivery timetables.
Exchanges Or Returns
- If the size you ordered isn't quite right, then
we will gladly exchange the clogs for another size.
You will need to send the clogs back to us freight
prepaid. Once we receive the goods in unused
resalable condition, we will exchange the goods for
the size you requested and send them back to you. We
will bear the cost of freighting them back to you.
(Please note, we will only bear this cost for one
exchange. If you want to exchange the size several
times, you will be charged freight after the first
exchange.)
- Goods purchased can only be returned for credit
or exchange within seven days of the
invoice date.
- Please select your goods carefully before you place the order. If you wish
to return a product we will not provide a refund of monies paid, but instead
provide you with a credit which can be used in future purchases. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
- We only accept returns if the returned goods are found to be
unused in original
packaging and thereby in a resalable condition.
- The customer will be responsible for any freight cost in returning the goods.
